Privacy, cookies and accessibility
This page covers how we handle information, the cookies this site sets, and how we approach accessibility. If anything here doesn’t answer your question, email us and we’ll sort it directly.
Privacy
Dark Horse Agency Ltd, 11–13 The Steadings, Maisemore, Gloucester GL2 8EY, is the data controller for this website.
This is a brochure site — there are no accounts, no forms that submit to a server, and nothing runs in the background collecting data as you browse it.
The only point at which we hold information about you is if you get in touch: an email you send, or a phone call you make. That gives us whatever you choose to share — typically your name, email address, phone number and the contents of your message — which we use only to have the conversation you started, and keep only for as long as that relationship needs it.
We don’t sell or share this with anyone else, and we don’t use it for anything beyond replying to you.
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold at any time — email info@darkhorseagency.com. If you’re ever not satisfied with our answer, you can also raise it with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies
We don’t run analytics, advertising or tracking of our own on this site — no scripts sit behind the scenes watching what you do here.
The one exception is the map embedded on our Get in touch page, which Google serves and which may set its own cookies when it loads. That’s covered by Google’s privacy policy, not ours — if you’d rather avoid it, the address and a link to open the map directly both sit alongside it.
Accessibility
We’ve built this site to work well with a keyboard, a screen reader, and at larger text sizes, and we test against that as we go. If you hit a barrier anywhere, tell us what happened and where — email info@darkhorseagency.com — and we’ll fix it.
